Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP as well as hapless father Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. I share my life- the highs the lows and all in between. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America together with my brother and parents when I turned one and half. Without my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice it is likely that I would not be with you sharing my life. In the hope of having the best life possible, I wanted to do the best I could to please them, and was focused on achieving my goals. My life was set out for me to study at university, land a job in a corporation as well as marry and then buy the house. The lifestyle I had planned for me was not what it turned out to be. In 2013, I found that I hated working at my corporate job. The status and the money didn't make me feel happy. I felt like I was wasting time for a paycheck. The passion I have for fitness as well as my love of socializing with people helped me discover my dream job as an instructor. In 2014 I started my own business, and in the year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th anniversary. As an Asian female working in the field, there are a few of us. To be a leader in my field and provide high-quality coaching and enable others to achieve a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to their specific needs and help them achieve their goals. I also strive to empower individuals to follow their desires and accomplish all they wish to achieve in their lives. When I began my professional career, the death of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. Following an 8-year battle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's at peace in Heaven. I will never forget her, and will always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. The lessons of life are often hidden from us yet they can prove very useful. The loss of my mother changed me so much and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance at life. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to enter her next life. I was given a second opportunity to live a happy and fulfilled life. In my 30's, it is the first moment that I feel as if I am alive. My intention in the story I am sharing is to let you know that, you are not the only one. I want you to feel that love is real and that therapy is normal. Your health is truly your most valuable asset. My hope is to live your the life you want to live and have your end is without regrets as that's the only thing that we have to be confident about during this lifetime.
